The 2012 season gets started for two local boats and a contingent from J/World in sunny Key West, FL. It’s not too late!!! 2011 J/80 East Coast Championship October 28-30, 2011 Annapolis Hosted by Eastport Yacht Club and Fleet 10!! The Chesapeake fleet will soon be racing at the Worlds 2010 in Newport Rhode Island October 3 - 8. Follow all of the live action as it happens at: The J/80 Fleet is proud to to be involved in the 18th annual Annapolis Leukemia Cup. This year the J/80 Fleet will be hosting the first Annual Honorary Skipper J/80 Fun Race! Honorary Skipper J/80 Fun Race Captain As an Honorary Skipper J/80 Fun Race Captain you are giving a current patient or survivor and their family a chance to leave all their worries behind for a day and head out on the water for a fun race from the Eastport Yacht Club. Well, the fourth J/80 USA Tour stop is fast approaching and we wanted to give everyone information for the Annapolis NOOD’s. The Class has employed Kattack again which was a huge success during Key West Race Week. The proposed amendments for the J/80 Class Rules are now published and subject to a 60 day review by class members, followed by an Executive Committee vote. The J/80 class kicked off 2010 in fine fashion with 19 boats making the trek to Key West for five days of championship racing Check out this hot topic along with many other!
